Company located in Largo is looking for a Sample Room Clerk.
Hours: 10am - 7pm Mon-Fri
Pay Rate: $10 hr
depending on experience
Job Description:
Must have good computer skills and Customer Service experience.
Responsible for ordering all printed sample room stock.
This requires computer skills, attention to detail and ability to review art and item and imprint colors to ensure best possible appearance of items.
Communicates with Customer Service and Sales Reps through email and phone conversations.
Must be able to communicate professionally and politely.
Outlook experience a must.
Fulfill sample orders quickly and accurately, both pulling and packing the samples.
Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
Act as point person for 2nd shift for any questions, concerns, etc.
Prioritize and send out all rush sample orders, in order to make the truck pick-up deadlines each night.
This includes filling out paperwork and logging certain orders (pre-pro samples and spec samples).
Enter rush sample orders into the AS400 system.
We will train on AS400, but previous experience a plus.
Computer experience is required.
MS Excel experience required (light) for keeping spreadsheets of inventory number, etc.
Background Check RequiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
