- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with Project information, pricing, and availability - Process Projects accurately in the system - Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally - Upsell products or services to customers as needed - Maintain customer records by updating account information - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Skills:
