Responsibilities:
Plans, develop, organize, implement evaluate and direct the Nursing Services Department according to federal, state, local and facility guidelines, as well as regulated programs and activities Physician's orders Medication reviews In-services/Training Utilization review Physicians' visits Infection control Assess the quality of care rendered Review, monitor, intervene and report complaints/grievances made by residents, families, etc.
Recognize and respond to changes in residents' conditions and document observations, interventions, and outcomes Perform emergency procedures such as Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and report accidents or incidents in a timely manner Participate as an abuse coordinator for facility Coordinate resident profile meetings weekly Review and revise nursing care plans on a regular basis within the guidelines of federal, state and facility regulations/policy Skills and
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse license Valid CPR Certification Ability to pass Level 2 background & drug screening check Skilled Nursing experience preferred Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Excellent attention to detail Flexibility in work duties and schedule You will LOVE being here ! #WeAreOak #WeAreKR #RN #RegisteredNurse Our company philosophy is compassion first.
