A professional, friendly demeanor and ability to multitask are key.
We use VANTACA software (training provided).
Responsibilities include:
Speaking to clients via telephone and email Organizing, scheduling, and reporting tasks to the assigned Community Association Managers Drafting letters and preparing large mailings Filing, both digital and physical records Working with third party service providers Job Type:
