Our ideal candidate brings over 10 years of HR leadership and consulting experience.
Please be advised that this role is Monday through Friday with a minimum of 20 hours per week but can be 40 hours per week for the right candidate.

Compensation:
We are transparent about compensation.
Anyone who does not have an MBA & HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) will be in the $18 to $24 per hour based on 3-5 years of direct HR experience plus a Bachelors Degree in HR.
If you have an MBA & HR Certification then compensation ranges between $25 to $30 per hour and a bonus structure established after 12 months of successful employment.
