We are hearing doctors, with over 35 years serving the Tampa Bay area.
We have 10 locations, but you will be most days in our Largo office.
You may work in our Palm Harbor location 1-2/week, also.
The right person for this job must love to work with people, particularly the elderly, must enjoy a fast-paced working environment, love being busy, and thrive when multi-tasking.
Is this position right for you? Gardner Audiology employees must be comfortable performing a variety of duties quickly while paying attention to details and providing the best customer service.
They must be willing to work collaboratively with their doctor(s) and their team.
They must be able to speak clearly and enunciate.

Your starting salary will depend on your prior experience in the hearing care industry or medical office environment.
Patient Care Coordinators (PCC's) are given an hourly rate of pay, but are also able to earn quarterly commissions on some things patients would be paying for anyway.
You are not a salesperson, and do not have to meet any sales quotas.

After your first 90 days, you will have a professional development meeting.
If you're meeting or exceeding your professional benchmarks, you'll be eligible for another raise at that time.
