Detail oriented individual who will assist ABC Pest Control customers to find solutions to their needs.
Operates front phone system, directs calls, and performs CSR data entry.
Data processing of customer information is required.
Performs assigned CSR work, scheduling, and office tasks as directed.
Additional duties as required.
Receptionist/CSR must be able to:
- Sit for long periods of time.
- Use office equipment required for your duties.
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds Receptionist/CSR is measured monthly on the following:
- Completed assignments on time - Provide to notch customer service - Quality of work - Safety compliance - Following instructions Receptionist/CSR is expected to demonstrate knowledge of the following during the first year of employment:
- Pest services, procedures, materials and equipment - Pest management regulations and safety procedures.
- Pest inspections and pest control services.
- Written and verbal communication.
- Prioritizing work, and making adjustments on short notice.
- Promoting cooperation and teamwork.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
