Our Account Coordinator position is fast-paced and requires perseverance, organization, ability to multi-task, focus and problem-solve.
This is a part-time remote position that may lead to a full-time opportunity.
Responsibilities:
The Account Coordinator will work closely with the Owner/President and Field Manager to coordinate the details of a job from inception to completion, as well as assist with the follow-through and close of all loose-end tasks companywide.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Daily shadowing of the Owner/President and Field Manager to capture and carry out administrative tasks needed for job performance, client communication, scheduling, and the overall success of the corporation.
Gain a solid understanding of end goals to determine actions needed and accurately perform a task.
Implement an efficient method of procedure for your workload that allows quick access and clear understanding of the information being sought out.
Organize and manage all tasks and be prepared to provide details to clients, staff and management promptly and concisely.
Proficient in the use of company software system (getjobber.
com) to manage daily, weekly and pre-planned job schedules and tasks and coordinate needs of the Technicians and Management Staff.
Upload all job completion forms, photos, information and send to clients per request.
Utilize Google Suites for the organization of job responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
Ability to think globally and forward to achieve optimal results in the most efficient manner.
Self-starter and proactive troubleshooter.
Excellent listening and implementation skills.
Unwavering attention to detail and superb organizational skill.
