is a leading provider of commercial air conditioning and refrigeration, specializing in the restaurant industry throughout the state of Florida.
We are currently looking for a hardworking, dedicated, conscientious team member to fill the position of service coordinator/administrative assistant.
Qualified candidates will be required to provide superior customer service and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the service office.
Provide support for managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication; via phone, email and computers ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with the highest quality in a timely manner.
Experience with ESC/Desco software is a plus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer telephone and consistently greet customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Receive customer service requests and enter into dispatch software.
- Verify customer information is correct in dispatch software:
billing address, contact, telephone and email for all customers.
- Assume dispatching duties in the absence of the Service Manager.
- Enter equipment information in dispatch software to maintain accurate service history for customers.
- Filing of materials in the general file area Job Type:
