Job Description:
This position works primarily with the agency owner in a small, friendly office.
The Customer Service Representative will perform the clerical portion of creating home & auto quotes based on information provided by agents.
Familiarity & experience with admitted carrier portals is a plus.
Essential Functions:
Customer service representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and relaying messages.
Customer service representative will be responsible for completing the clerical portion of home & auto quotes to assist the agency owner.
Customer service representative will be responsible for maintaining & updating client files and entering customer information into our CRM software.
