We focus on the Latin America Spanish Speaking market in the United States, but we have call centers in Ecuador, Costa Rica, Mexico and Europe.

About the position:
Assist the Executive Director with communications including writing and distributing internal memos, overlooking the timely preparation of the company newsletter (prepared by the marketing team), project management including budgeting and POs to execute projects, scheduling meeting with external partners, being present at meetings that require taking notes and publishing the notes to the executive team, scheduling company dinners, replying to emails, creating a filing system to organize company policies, establishing communication and follow up systems, research and compile reports, memos, and presentations as needed, maintain and manage the executive's daily calendar, scheduling events and handling confidential information with discretion.
This position is in-house Monday through Friday.

Compensation is based on years of experience, BILINGUAL is a PLUS, experience and background and ability to travel when needed.
