Beaches USA Rentals & Management is a family-owned and operated local property management company that handles all aspects of vacation rentals from Clearwater Beach through Treasure Island and the beach towns in between.
We are looking for a part time Customer Service Associate to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for an upbeat individual who thrives on communicating with others.
Customer Service Associate will leave the first impression on our guests as we prefer our guests to speak to an individual over a recorded message; Associate will be responsible for communicating with guests on the phone as well as through our online platforms.
Job responsibilities are:
helping assist guests with any and all questions pertaining to their current reservation, making new reservations or modifying their reservation and forwarding calls and concerns to one of our property managers.
Basic computer skills are required, knowledge of basic Microsoft word and Excel are preferred.
The Associate should be polite, have a positive attitude and be dependable.
The ability to work in a team is a must.
Any previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
Job position is part time in office position- 3:
00pm-7:
00pm Thursday-Saturday and Sundays from 10am-6pm Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
