1K a year POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES - Must be able to complete all tasks assigned.
- Using established cGMP, adequately clean blending room and associated equipment.
- Successfully prep blending room for a start-up.
- Demonstrate ability to select and use correct blending tools for the required job.
- Determine and weigh-out material according to Batch Record.
- Able to prep material to be loaded and dropped out of the blender.
- Capability to weigh out and label final product accordingly.
- Successfully Assemble/Disassemble blending equipment to include:
Blender, Grinder, Oscillator and Sifter MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Requires basic addition, multiplication and division skills to calculate product counts.
Experience Working knowledge of blending operation preferred, typically resulting from three
months of experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Heavy lifting required while working on a ladder.
- Must be detail oriented and the ability to keep a clean and organized working area at all times.
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English - Must be able to safely operate a pallet jack in congested areas.
- Must have physical ability to work on feet for a full shift, regularly lift and carry heavy containers, and perform all duties of job in a safe manner.
-All other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
-Willing to work Overtime and Holidays if necessary Certification or License - Department cGMP and SOP requirements - Pallet jack training.
