Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process Make cold calls and track owners of homes Partner with Realtors and Wholesalers to acquire properties Skip Tracing and Deep Diving Create and Maintain Wholesale Property Marketing List Driving for Dollars Gather and document information from the seller and enter into CRM Follow up Make initial contact with sellers
Qualifications:
