We are seeking Customer Service Associates to start immediately in our client's Largo location. This is a temporary position that may lead to a permanent position with our client. The main focus for this individual will include customer service / clerical support.
Our ideal candidate will be a motivated, energetic individual with a minimum of 2 years customer service / administrative experience. He/she must be well organized, flexible and detail oriented.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years Customer Service / Administrative experience (Job stability is required. Large Gaps in employment will not be considered.)
Assist customers via phone, email or fax with orders and questions, ability to handle 40-70 calls daily.
Responsible for reviewing and gathering information on orders and communicating with different departments to insure the order is processed accurately.
Update orders and purchase orders when needed and document changes in system.
Ability to multi task, work on dual monitors in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must type a minimum of 50wpm, you will be tested and proficient to Advanced skills in MS Outlook
Previous experience with AS400 and Sage Sales Logix is a plus.
Ability to successfully complete a criminal background and drug screen prior to hire

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
