Purchasing / Customer Service Clerk
Job
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for communicating and coordinating custom orders between customer, art department, and factory.
-Creating purchase orders and sales orders.
-Following up on status such as art status, sample approval, production schedule.
-Full Time, long term temporary assignment.
-Pay range of $14
based on experience.
Job Requirements:
-Customer Service Oriented
-Organized
-
Proficient in Excel
-Attention to detail
-Ability to Multi-task
-Prefer at least 3 years of Purchasing and Customer Service experience working with p
urchasing,
Imports,
Sourcing and
Promotional Products
-Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism with customers, employees, factories and providers
-
Works well under pressure and in time sensitive situations
-Must have job stability, no job hoppers!
-Need to have recent employment experience
-Will be given assessments on computer skills
