1940's " Automatic Radio" Model TV-710 Miniature Consolette for sale in Largo, FL

This TV is too large to ship it lower priced USPS, pleasecontact me for a quote if you are truly interested in buying it and shipping it Air Cargo, UPS or Fed Ex. Rarely offered 1949Automatic Radio model TV-710 miniature consolette 7" TV. Cosmetics of the small, all-original cabinet are rough. The top and face can be refinished, sides andlower front will need to be re-veneered, lots of chips and sections missing, especially around the bottom edges. Has all of the original knobs but no backand AC cord is long gone. New decals including the "Automatic Radio" logo can bebought and pieced together at " Radio Daze" Chassis/electronics appear to be complete and mostlyall-original. All the tubes are there and untested. The picture tube itself wasquickly tested on a working set and it lights up, see pictures below. I did not and will not "plug it in". I buy, sell andcollect vintage TV's, I do no electronic restorations/repairs. I am selling thisset as pictured, as-is, display only, not working, for parts and repair, noreturns. The important thing is the chassis appears to be all there with noknown missing electronic parts so it is valuable as a true antique or restoredif desired. For safety reasons an AC cord is not included. This 60+ year old TVmust be looked over, safety checked and repaired/restored by a qualifiedtechnician before use. TV measures 39" tall, 22 1/2" wide, 16 1/2" - 181/2" deep at the top, 16" deep at the bottom and weighs 55 lbs. It will measureapproximately 43" tall, 27" wide, 23" deep and weigh 65 lbs. when packed. Good, strong packing supplies including 2" thick hard Styrofoam to line the box willcost $40. Because this is considered "oversized" Fed Ex Ground shipping will costapproximately $210 - $260 depending on where you live. It is too large for USPSand UPS is about $40 higher. I amoffering this TV as " Pick-up Only" because of the high cost of shipping it. Still available at ListedBuy!
